If you were to visit a medium they would more than likely tell you that they experienced a presence around you and then go on to tell you who was there.  However, Richard Felix is not a medium but seems to impress his own presence every time he speaks on the subject of the paranormal. Although Richard is petrified of encountering anything from the other side, having worked with him on many occasions, we can assure you that he is more than a little excited if anything unexpected does come through during an overnight vigil.

Richard is not a paranormal investigator as such, but instead more a paranormal historian, looking for historical reasons as to why a haunting could be taking place. As such, any information Richard gives on hauntings has been researched and can therefore be validated. This of course does not mean that Richard does not have his own theories into the causes of hauntings and has spent many years gathering data to support the stone tape theory amongst other things. Richard has produced many DVD’s and books on hauntings and appeared in several series’ of Most Haunted where once again, he was able to support the findings with factual data. Because of his passion for the paranormal Richard is always in demand for broadcasts and events all over the world.

Following on from the success of one of his Derby Ghosts Walks, Richard leased what remains of Derby Gaol located on Friargate in Derby, where many groups have had experiences during overnight vigils. (A virtual tour of Derby Gaol can be found in the Gallery section of this website)
